GWA International Limited and its related companies (GWAIL) are committed to complying with Privacy Amendment (Private Sector Act 2000) ("the Act") which commences in December 2001 and the provisions of all applicable legislation. The Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time.

Where no longer required, your personal information is deleted from our systems.

Can I have access to the personal information GWAIL holds about me?

You may request access to personal information held. There may be a fee charged.

All requests for information will be handled as quickly as possible within thirty (30) days of receiving your request.

Access to our products and services

We understand you may have concerns about the security of personal information collected about you from email inquiries. Some sites use cookies. However, any email addresses provided by you to the site will not be used to track your browsing habits.


Use of information collected

We will only use your email address if you send us a message. Your email address will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it, and will not be added to our mailing list or used for any other purpose without your consent.

Can my request for access to personal information be denied?

GWAIL is not always required to provide you with access. Government agencies use such numbers as tax file numbers (TFN) or Medicare numbers.

What if I'm not satisfied with GWAIL's response?
